The ROSE Promise ("we," "us," or "our") provides senior care guidance to families in the Houston Bay Area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

We only collect the information you choose to give us. That includes:

• Details you enter in our contact form, such as your name, phone number, and message.
• Details you enter in our In Loving Memory tribute form, such as your name, your contact information, and the information you share about your loved one.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to respond to you, to discuss your family's care needs, and, for tribute submissions, to consider featuring your loved one in our remembrance calendar. We will always ask a family's permission before publishing a tribute.

How forms are handled

Our forms are delivered to us by a third-party service called FormSubmit, which passes your message to our email inbox. Your information travels through FormSubmit only to reach us. You can review their practices on the FormSubmit website.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except as needed to respond to you or as required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or sell tracking data. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your browser request as part of delivering those fonts.
